I just saw this, just in time to cash out my earnings:

Same owner(s), and it’s been around a lot longer. Doesn’t look like it will be closing down any time soon.

    Some major improvements are coming to SimpleGPT! Do you like INSTANT PayPal?! I sure do! So get this:

    - SimpleGPT will no longer require verified PayPal accounts to receive payment!

    These changes will be here in the hot hot month of July! Stay inside where the air is cool and the money is simple!

    Here is the message sent out via the site’s Inbox system:

    “In an effort to make SimpleGPT the BEST GPT site out there, we are going to implement Instant Paypal Payments starting in July.  And the new minimum payout will be lowered to $5.00!!!  What does this mean?  It means that as soon as you have a balance of $5.00 or more in your account, you can withdraw it via paypal and receive it INSTANTLY at any time.

Your message will be reviewed and your account will be verified as soon as possible (please allow up to 72 hours). Please only complete the verification process ONCE. If you think there was a problem or it has been longer than 3 days since you called, please send a support ticket. Depending on the volume of calls, verification may take longer than anticipated.

    Please try to hold off on any questions until this feature is implemented. However, I do encourage you to start the phone verification process now so that your account is ready to go in July.

    Also, this was sent out as a follow-up message:

    “I have been getting questions already (which I had hoped to avoid).

    Yes, you may start the phone verification process now.  It is not needed for June payments, but will be needed for ANY form of payment starting in July.

    If your account is NOT verified, you will know when you try to cashout, starting in July.  You will receive a message when you try to cashout that will state “your account must be verified in order to cashout” (with instructions on how to verify your account).

    I will also try to create something that will show if you are verified or not on your account profile page (but that may take awhile before it’s in place).

    In general, if your phone # that you call with matches the phone # on your account, you shouldn’t have any problems (assuming the rest of your profile information is complete & valid).
